Our fees vary depending on the complexity and type of finance required. Typically, we charge:

 

  • An application fee, payable when we begin processing your application. This usually starts from £ 100, but may vary depending on the nature of your case.
  • mortgage offer fee, payable once we have successfully secured a formal mortgage offer for you. This is usually a percentage of the loan amount 0.5 to 1%, with a minimum fee of £999, but the exact amount may vary depending on the lender, loan type, and any specialist requirements.

We will confirm the exact fees applicable to your case in writing before proceeding with your application. All fees are non-refundable once paid.

In addition to our fees, we may receive a commission from the lender, which will be disclosed to you in the mortgage illustration (ESIS or KFI document).

If you prefer to use your regular bank for a mortgage, there's no reason why you can't apply directly.
